  1. Acknowledge and Confess:

In Psalm 51:6, King David prayed, “Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart.” Honest introspection before God allows us to identify the root causes of bitterness and confess them to the Lord, seeking His forgiveness and guidance.
